The Heart of Europe

The Heart of Europe is a new resort-style community located in Dubai. The idea of creating themed islands was implemented by Nakheel. Each resort is dedicated to the culture and atmosphere of a European state. The development is part of a large-scale project called Dubai World Islands, which represents seven different parts of the world. Real estate was designed to attract tourists.

The Heart of Europe consists of six islands. The first phase of construction includes communities that were inspired by Sweden, St. Petersburg, and Germany. The second phase will be inspired by Switzerland, Venice, and France. Properties include serviced apartments, as well as villas that are located on the coastline. The community will also be home to various floating villas on a lagoon. Units will have underwater floors, and residents will be able see ocean life through glass walls.

The developers focused on recreating the atmosphere of various European countries. For this purpose, streets are equipped with climate control systems. Depending on the community, visitors can experience artificial snow and rain. There will also be events that focus on specific European festivals. The development has plans for several entertainment venues, retail stores, restaurants, and nightclubs.
