Reportage Properties, a private construction consortium, has emerged as a leading developer in the United Arab Emirates.
Established as a joint stock company (JSC) in 2014, the JSC was founded by seasoned professionals with over 30 years of experience in constructing residential and commercial real estate.
In 2014, Reportage Properties embarked on its inaugural large-scale project, the Leonardo Residence in Abu Dhabi. By 2018, the project, featuring 175 comfortable apartments, was successfully completed and commissioned.
Today, “Reportage Properties LLC” stands as a prominent construction organization, comprising multiple entities. While headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the developer maintains branches in Dubai and Cairo.
In 2020, the developer expanded internationally, undertaking commissioned projects outside the United Arab Emirates for the first time. Notably, the “New Cairo” project was launched in Egypt.
