As the first Six Senses hotel and branded residences in the UAE, Six Senses The Palm is a new milestone for the ultra-luxury hospitality chain; Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, founded back in 1995. The highly-anticipated development, launched in Q1 2022, will consist of a 60-key hotel and 162 exquisite residences, situated on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island. Joining the likes of FIVE Palm Jumeirah and the Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah, among other world-famous hospitality brands, Six Senses is the last hotel of such a high level to be built on the iconic palm-shaped island. Due for completion in Q4 2024, the entire project will be operated by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, while Select Group and Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC) will be responsible for the development of the project.

The luxury hotel brand boasts a strong heritage, which combines detail-oriented hospitality, a bold design, sustainable practices and a focus on wellness. As of Q1 2022, Six Senses features a total of 21 hotels & resorts in different corners of the planet, from Brazil and the Seychelles to Fiji and Portugal. During 2022, the luxury hotel brand plans to unveil 4 more resorts in some of the most-sought-after destinations around the world, including Switzerland, Italy, the Maldives and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Confirming its leading position on the wellness hotel market, Six Senses has been awarded with numerous accolades over the years, including Best Luxury Hotel Brand at Luxury Travel Intelligence, Outstanding Contribution to Luxury at Aspire Awards, and Top Hotel Brand at Travel + Leisure, US – World’s Best Awards, among others.

Spanning across a huge area of 800,000 sq. ft, Six Senses Residences The Palm will feature a total of 4 buildings which will include a hotel, a penthouse building, as well as 1-2 buildings with duplex residences. Each building will contain a private entrance to underground parking, while villa owners will have separate private parking at their full disposal. Interested real estate buyers have the opportunity to choose from an exclusive collection of the following residence types:

The area of ultra-luxury branded residences ranges from 2,000 sq. ft to 14,600 sq. ft, with a service charge between AED 38-42 (USD 10.35-11.43) per sq. ft. That being said, all properties come with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and potential owners will have the opportunity to order bespoke branded furniture packages from Six Senses for an extra charge, upon completion. At the same time, owners of palatial beach villas will have a private infinity pool, a garden, a basement and a 4-car garage at their full disposal.
