Job Summary

As a Real Estate Agent specializing in the Off-Plan Market at Luxury Properties Hub, you will be instrumental in driving sales within Dubai’s most sought-after development projects. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of off-plan investment opportunities, exceptional presentation skills, and ability to build strong client relationships to guide clients through the entire purchase process, from initial inquiry to handover.

What You’ll Do:

  • Present and sell off-plan properties to a diverse clientele of investors and end-users.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key developers in Dubai.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on off-plan investment strategies and market trends.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and property showcases to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Manage the sales process from initial client consultation to contract signing and handover.
  • Stay up-to-date on new project launches, payment plans, and market fluctuations.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain client communication.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales, with a demonstrable track record of success in the Dubai off-plan market.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of off-plan property investment principles and market dynamics.
  • Ability to build rapport and cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • RERA license.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages are an asset.
