Job Summary
As a Real Estate Agent specializing in the Secondary Market at Luxury Properties Hub, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the buying and selling of existing properties in Dubai. You will leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and client relationship abilities to guide clients through successful transactions, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and achieving optimal results.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert market analysis and guidance to buyers and sellers.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties.
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property laws, and regulations.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, clients, and transactions.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the secondary market in Dubai.
- A strong network of contacts within the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- RERA license.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages are an asset.
