Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of real estate agents in achieving their sales targets.

Monitor the real estate market trends and ensure your team is well-informed.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in secondary sales in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
