Glitz 1

Glitz 1 is one of three buildings in the Glitz residential complex located in Dubai Studio City. Developed by Danube Properties, the nine-storey building was built in 2017 and consists of a total of 146 units, including studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments featuring modern interiors. There are five retail spaces on the lower floors that are available to rent. In addition, the building includes underground parking for residents and several high-speed elevators.

Glitz 1 provides round-the-clock security with video surveillance. Residents and guests are greeted by a concierge in the lobby situated on the first floor. DEWA and Empower provide the utilities, and there are onsite fire extinguishers and a reserve power supply system.

Apartments range in size from 465 sq. ft (43 sq. m) to 1,647 sq. ft (153 sq. m). Interiors feature elegant finishes and spacious balconies with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Residents have all the necessary facilities for a comfortable living environment.
