The Binary Tower

The Binary Tower is a modern office complex located in Business Bay, Dubai. Completed in 2015, the project was developed by Omniyat Properties, and the architectural design was implemented by Dubarch and Arkiplan Consulting Architects & Engineers. The development consists of two towers that are connected by a five-storey podium on floors 21 through 24.

Offices range in size from 200 sq. ft. to 2,050 sq. ft. and are available to buy and rent. Units come in three types: general, unfurnished, and built-in. Properties have unique interiors, and shared offices have private work areas that have access to several meeting rooms and lounge areas. Unfurnished offices have basic equipment and interiors that can be designed at the owners’ discretion. Fitted offices have basic layouts that were constructed by the developer, and the final finishes are to be done by professionals hired by the owner.

The complex also has 15 retail spaces that are available for rent on the first floor.
